About the space
View from the top
Enjoy dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean, under the stars on the back deck or in Winter snuggle up at the large oak dining table next to the fireplace.
View glorious sunsets, spot whales and dolphins, kids on the beach and surfers catching waves all whilst relaxing on the huge top balcony...
The mid level
On this level you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen adjoining the dining and family rooms which open to a balcony overlooking the ocean. Everyone can be part of the action and the space is ideal when cooking with friends, entertaining a large group or for a chef showing off their culinary talents.
Down the hall are 3 king bedrooms, one with a set of bunks, and 2 bathrooms. All have ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and block out blinds. The laundry is also on this level with access to the courtyard and rear deck and BBQ area. All linen is supplied.
The lower level
As you enter the CopaView Beach House leave your cares and your shoes at the door and enjoy the causal elegance of your surroundings.
The Rumpus room is set up with games (XBox, Wii and Nintendo 64) plus some more traditional varieties (Monopoly, Twister and Cluedo) and the 4th bedroom with ensuite is also on this level. The floor is heated during winter.
A ping pong table is located in the car port, along with some children’s beach toys.
